Bilgin, Selçuk (b. January 30, 1964, Eskişehir), financier and director. He has held the role of assistant general manager of the Vehbi Koç Foundation (VKV) since 2001.
After completing his studies at Eskişehir Anatolia High School in 1987, he studied business at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Boğaziçi University, graduating in 1982. That same year, he began working as external affairs specialist at Yapı Kredi Bank. He subsequently served as vice president of credits at Credit Lyonnais (1989-95), finance director at Söğüt Seramik (1996-97), director of finance and risk management at Eti Marketing (1997-98) and finance director at Compaq (1999-2001). Bilgin assumed the role of assistant general manager at the VKV in 2001 and still holds this position today.
