Bulutcu, Erhan (b. April 12, 1959, Bursa), physician and director. He has served as the CEO and member of the board of directors of the Vehbi Koç Foundation (VKV) Healthcare Institutions since 2014.
Dr. Bulutcu graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and completed a residency in anesthesiology and reanimation in 1993. From 1994 to 1996, he worked as an academic in the same faculty and founded the Pain Unit together with Dr. Ömür Erçelen. In late 1997, he began working at the American Hospital, becoming deputy general director in 2009. Together with Dr. Evren Keleş he played an active role in the foundation of the Koç University School of Medicine and the Koç University Hospital. In September 2014, Dr. Bulutcu assumed the role of CEO of the VKV Healthcare Institutions. Several of his articles have been published and he has contributed three book chapters for publications.
