HeCe Education, Culture and Mutual Aid Foundation, non-governmental organization founded in 2017 to lead education, culture and cooperation initiatives for the benefit of individuals and the public. The foundation aims to establish schools at every level, provide scholarships for students, develop and implement civil responsibility projects and operate as a think tank. The İncek Uğur Private Pre-School, affiliated with the foundation, was opened in the Gölbaşı district of Ankara in time for the academic year 2017-18. The
Vehbi Koç Foundation, which shares common aims in education, has contributed towards founding costs and student scholarships for the HeCe Foundation.
