Arman, Gürsen (b. June 16, 1943, Diyarbakır, economist and director. He served as president of the Vehbi Koç Foundation (VKV) from 1988 to 1997.
Arman completed his secondary education at Ziya Gökalp High School in Diyarbakır and graduated from Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences in 1968. He worked at Elginkan Holding, before starting at Otoyol, a Koç Group company, in 1975. From 1983 to 1988, he worked as the general accounting manager at Arçelik AŞ. He became president of VKV in 1988 and continued until 1997, finally retiring from the Koç Group in 2002.
