Çobanoğlu, Oral (b. December 11, 1930, Izmir – d. December 18, 2017, Istanbul), banker and director. He served on the Vehbi Koç Foundation Board of Directors, representing Türkiye İşbank between 1982 and 1985.
He graduated from St. Joseph French High School in Izmir in 1949 and completed his undergraduate studies in commerce in France in 1952. He began his career at Tutum Bank and then continued at Türkiye Kredi Bankası. From 1954 to 1958, he worked at Doğubank Türk AŞ, transferring to Türkiye İşbank in his final year there. After holding various posts, he retired from his role as deputy chief executive at İşbank in 1985. From 1973 to 1976, Çobanoğlu also held the post of CEO at the Turkish Foreign Commerce Bank (Dışbank), an İşbank enterprise.
