Dal, Teoman (b. August 31, 1966, ?), physician and director. From 2003 to 2006, he served as chief physician at the
American Hospital and medical director of the
Vehbi Koç Foundation (VKV) Healthcare Institutions.
He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1989, before completing a residency in the Ear, Nose and Throat Department (ENT) of the same faculty (1989-93). From 1995 to 1999, he worked as an assistant professor at Ankara’s Başkent University in the ENT Department of the Faculty of Medicine. He completed a master’s degree in health administration at the same university in 1999. After his military service at Ankara Gülhane Military Medical Academy (1999-2000), he worked in the Faculty of Medicine at Başkent University in Ankara until September 2001. In November 2000, he became associate professor.
Dr. Dal worked at the American Hospital (2001-02) and at Acıbadem Kadıköy Hospital (2002-03). He served as chief physician at the American Hospital and medical director of the VKV Healthcare Institutions (2003-06). He was chief physician and director at Acıbadem Fulya Hospital (2008-10).
Dr. Dal, who became a professor in 2017, has contributed chapters to a number of books and published a variety of scientific papers.
