Özince, Ersin (b. June 6, 1953, Havran, Balıkesir), banker and director. He was CEO of İşbank and represented the company on the Vehbi Koç Foundation Board of Directors from 1999 to 2011.
In 1970, he completed his secondary education at Izmir Private Turkish College and in 1975 graduated from the Middle East Technical University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business Administration. He began his career at İşbank as an assistant inspector in January 1976. In 1986, he became assistant manager of the Accounting Department, followed by group manager in 1988. He was appointed the first director of Funds Managements when the department was founded and in 1992 became manager of the Yenişehir branch in Ankara. He became deputy chief executive in 1994 and the 15th" chief executive officer of İşbank on October 28, 1998. He was chair of the board of directors at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) from April 2009 to April 2011 and at the Banks Association of Turkey from November 1998 to May 2000 and June 2002 to April 2011. After leaving his position as CEO of İşbank at the end of March 2011, Özince was elected as chair of the board of directors at İşbank and Türkiye Şişe Cam Fabrikaları AŞ. He remained in the latter position until April 2017.
