Vehbi Koç Foundation Ford Otosan Van Teachers’ Housing Complex, a modern housing complex constructed with the help of the Vehbi Koç Foundation and Ford Otosan in Kalecik village after the earthquake disaster in Van in 2011. The complex, built with the aim of repairing the damage to educators and educational life in the area, was completed in 2012 in only five months. The housing complex is composed of four three-story buildings, making a total of 128 apartments. The apartments are one or two bedroom and fitted out with white goods from Arçelik. The 10,000 square meter housing complex grounds include a social facility, indoor and outdoor sports areas, a green area and a car park.
