Özaydınlı, Bülend (b. 1949, Eskişehir), director and businessman. He represented Koç Holding on the Vehbi Koç Foundation Board of Directors from 2002 to 2006.
Özaydınlı graduated from Maarif College in Izmir in 1967 and received a bachelor’s degree from the American University of Beirut in 1971. He began his career in 1972, serving in a variety of senior management roles at OYAK until 1987, when he became deputy general manager at one of the Koç Holding companies, Maret AŞ. In 1990, he was appointed general manager of Migros. In 2000, he became the president of the Koç Holding Fiat (Tofaş) Group and alongside this position, he was appointed as deputy CEO in the following year, serving from 2002 to 2007. On May 1, 2007, he resigned from Koç Holding and handed over to Bülent Bulgurlu.
When BC Partners bought Migros in 2008, Özaydınlı became a partner in Migros and assumed the chair of the Migros Board of Directors, stepping down in March 2016 to hand over to Tuncay Özilhan.
